I took my 11 month old son in for his first haircut on Saturday. I wanted his first haircut to be a cute event, his father came along with me to get pictures. I held my son on my lap while the hairdresser spent maybe 5 minutes making some snips and saving some hair for me for his baby book. I paid 15 dollars (and tipped an extra 2). Honestly thought it was over priced since my fiance can get his hair cut for 8, but paid anyways for the 'experience'. When we got home and I looked at my sons hair, it was awful. Full on bowl cut, uneven on the back of his head, long hairs still covering his ears, it looked awful! This is a place for children, I expected the hairdresser to have done a million of these cuts and am completely shocked with how badly she did. My son sat still the whole time, distracted by nursery rhymes I played on my phone, its not like he was all over the place and making it difficult for his hair to be cut. I will never make the mistake of bringing him in again. I had to blend everything in when I got home and did a better job then then the 'professional'. This place had pretty good reviews so I figured why not? I wish i would have gotten pictures to show how bad it looked.
